Terms of Use

These are starter terms. Please read them, change anything that does not match how you run your gym, and have them reviewed before you rely on them.

Registering a place

Registering through this site requests a place in a class. A place is confirmed when Astro accepts the registration and, where payment is due, when that payment has been received. Astro may decline a registration — for example where a class is full or a child is outside the age range for it.

Fees and payment

Fees are shown on the class before you register. Unless stated otherwise, fees are payable in full to hold a place. Where a payment plan is offered, the instalments and any charge for using one are shown before you agree to it.

Cancellations and refunds

Tell Astro as early as you can if your child can no longer attend. Refunds are at Astro's discretion and depend on how much notice is given and how much of the term has run. Astro may cancel or reschedule a class — for illness, weather, or a facility closure — and will offer a replacement session or a refund for any class it cannot run.

Behaviour and safety

Coaches' instructions exist to keep children safe and must be followed. Astro may ask a participant to leave a class, or withdraw a place, where behaviour puts that child or anyone else at risk.

your account

Keep your password to yourself and tell Astro if you think somebody else has it. You are responsible for what is done through your account.

Changes

Astro may change these terms. Where a change is significant you will be told before it takes effect.

Who you are dealing with, and under whose law

These terms are between you and Astro, which operates in Langley Township, British Columbia. They are governed by the law of British Columbia, and any dispute about them belongs to its courts.
